Washington Enzo's Pizzeria & Pasta Grill — Restaurant in Washington

If you're tired of that tasteless gummy breaded, watery tomato sauce & rubbery cheesed pizzas known as Dominoes, Caesars, Pizza Hut -- then go taste a plain pizza that doesn't need 5 trimmings to give it flavor & try Enzos.

A perfectly baked pizza slice is held out straight. If it droops and all the cheese falls off into the oily plate it's not pizza.

If it sticks out like a piece of cardboard, it's not pizza.

The perfect slice (and I'm from New York), the slice stands out and just the tip of the slice droops but nothing falls off the slice. No cheese, no sauce, and no oil.

The underside of the slice, well-done, crisp, no oil drip. The oil usually from a cheaper cheese. Notice how many places advertise chicken parm, eggplant parm -- the "parm" is parmigana cheese. But they don't use parmigana they use mozzarella -- far cheaper than parm. Disgrazioso.

This is not a sin. People like it that way. Italians shrug because most people also think wine is a liquor, and they make the sign if the cross.

Enzos, if you want a good pizza or Italian meal is one of the best in Warren County.

PI've tried them all from NYC, to Hudson County, Bergen County, and even Las Vegas (don't laugh, they won best pizza in the USA a few years ago).

When I want a great slice there are only 3 here I know of -- Ciaos, Pronto and Enzo (short for Vincenzo, you know Vinnie -- a tough, good name for a street kid...not Tyler or Todd).

Enzos is the real thing -- next time I have to try the pie with mussles. Delicious. I would trust this place with that order. Not Dominoes. Second best thing to Communion itself: a good slice of hot pizza at the kitchen of Enzo. I'll bet the Nonna makes the...

While the food was ok but, the service was awful. Today April 27 2022 went with a party of 3. Hardly anyone was there except for two couples at the restaurant. While waiting for my party I sat at the bar and asked the bartender if he had an espresso he said no Abruptly. I asked him if he had some cappuccino and he interrupted me and said I’m helping someone else right now. Did I mention no one was at the bar and there were two couples at the restaurant he was very rude. He instead of said to me I’ll be with you in a moment. My party arrived and we sat ourselves down at a table per the sign posted at entrance. The waitress arrived at our table took our order and provided us our drinks. I was told that my dinner came with a salad and ordered my dressing. When our meal arrived at the table we were in deep conversation the waitress dropped off her food and left. At almost the end of the meal we did not see our waitress or the bartender again. After my meal was almost completed I saw the waitress come out to take a new arrivals order at that time I asked about the salad. I was going to tell her since I had eaten a meal that she can wrap up the salad she intern very condescendingly told me oh no you don’t get a salad I was wrong and walked away. If you were going to have a waitresses working there that looks and acts like a middle schooler they need to be a little more courteous with their patrons especially if they want a good tip.Condescending bad attitudes do not make for a good waitresses or make for good tips. Obviously, rude behavior from bartender and waitress did not make this experience a good one therefore, giving this place a 1 star and...

Every time I order takeout, something is either missing or messed up. Staff at Washington location doesn't know their own menu, and consistently gets something wrong. One night I ordered Eggplant Parm over pasta... we received the order and the the pasta was completely missing!! Other nights I order the Balsamic Chicken. I ask for extra Orzo, no veggies because I'm allergic to the mushrooms in the veggie mix. Every time I order that I get an attitude from staff. I door dashed once because I couldn't pick up, and it says to call the store to make a special request because they don't take requests over the app. Well, i called they told me over and over I needed to note that in my order. I tried explaining I couldn't which is why I called, and I got so much attitude I was HUNG UP ON! when my order arrived, none of my modifications were made (simply no veggies not a hard request) my order arrived with the veggies and mushrooms and I couldn't eat it. Last night I ordered again on the phone, and while explaining I wanted no veggies, the staff on the phone was being bothered and distracted by another employee, she even had to say to them "Stop, I'm on the phone" and from what I could hear, the other employee didn't care. So again, when I got my order home, it was wrong. I asked for NO veggies and instead extra orzo. I opened up the bag my husband picked up and they instead gave me extra veggies....no orzo at all. I was fuming. Again, I can't eat mushrooms so I couldn't...
