If you’re looking for a crowd pleasing menu for your wedding and at a great value you have to go with Wig Wam Pub’s Texas BBQ. Our friends' had them cater their wedding and with the first bite we knew we had to have them cater ours too! We chose the smoked chicken and brisket as our main entrees, with sides of BBQ beans, jalapeno corn, and Wig Wam’s signature sweet & spicy pickles. During the cocktail hour they served smoked sausages, cheese, and crackers. Our friends and family are still raving about the food. We hired Wig Wam for their delicious food, but got so much more. Linda Sweet was amazing to work with leading up to the wedding. She took the time to visit our reception venue so her team could get a lay of the land before the big day. Wig Wam also offers optional bussing and bartending services (which included delivering the kegs and returning them). They were amazing! We recommend them to anyone looking for a full service, professional, and kind catering team. Linda was so accommodating and made the daunting task of planning the food and drink for our wedding stress-free. Thank you Linda and the rest of the team from Wig Wam’s! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I arrived there and stood by the register for about 5 minutes been ignored by the server, since she was occupied fixing food for other people. She literally was in front of me, so there is no way she didn’t see me. No greeting or acknowledgement whatsoever. She took so long that I just walked over to my party because I figured maybe things had changed since the last time I was there (about a year ago). The server walks over and asks what do I want (she didn’t even handed me a menu) and I clearly told her “the combo platter”. She brought me tacos. When I asked her if that was the combo platter, she turned around and walked away, copped an attitude and said “those are the only tacos that we have”. I told her that I had ordered the “combo platter “, so she turns around, rolls her eyes, at which point I just told her nevermind. Same thing as I was leaving, she didn’t even say a word, set up the register and walked away without saying a peep. Way to ruin my lunch Wig Wam! Never ever again coming back...

I heard so many awesome things about this spot. I was in the area so stopped by. Got the Brisket meal (extra meat) with potato salad and coleslaw.

📌The good:smelled great & staff was friendly.

📍The bad: the meat was literally 99% fat. Hard jiggly, grizzled & not edible. The meat part which was soooo small (maybe an ounce out of 6 ounces) had so much “tendon” like chew that hubs and I didn’t even eat it. I’m not joking it was not edible. BBQ should meltttttt in your mouth right? BBQ sauce was fine. Just “fine” Potato salad was “ok”. Nothing special just potato salad. The coleslaw was BITTER. It was a vinegar based one, but holy smokes it was a cheek pincher. Only buy if you SERIOUSLY like bitter.

Needless to say I can’t say we will be back. It’s too bad since we really did get recommendations to try this. Maybe you will have a different experience, but we aren’t gonna risk it for the brisket.
