Really upset about my experience here. I’m not new to Perk Up, I know the menu and how my coffee usually tastes since I get the same thing all the time. Today, I went to get my usual order around lunch time which was pretty busy. I ordered an iced latte with an extra shot and a ham and cheese croissant. The gal who took my order was really sweet and efficient but the girl who took care of my order was just plain rude. She shoved the drink into my hands, causing it to spill on me and didn’t even apologize. Next, she handed my the croissant which was half frozen at the bottom. The coffee tasted AWFUL. Too sweet and WAY too strong. Clearly they added more than an extra shot as the color of the coffee was way too dark and tasted extremely bitter. I tossed the croissant and had to add lots of whole milk and creamer at home to fix the coffee. Extremely disappointed with this experience. Even more shocking, their manager was right there on site. I would have expected a bit more respect from the employee especially with their boss nearby. This is the first time I’ve gone to a coffee shop...

I wish this review was for all of the PerkUp stands around this area, because they are all amazing! They have captured the charming hometown feel of your local coffee shop, without sacrificing quality. No matter where I go, I get the same warm feeling and kindness from the staff who truly love their jobs and know they are well cared for.
