Aroma Joe's — Restaurant in Waterboro

I love a room with Joe's. I have been going there for many years, but this last month. The aroma Joes in waterborough Maine has gone downhill. The customers are waiting ten to fifteen minutes for a coffee and maybe a sandwich, the morning girls that are there now have no motivation, the only motivation that they have. He's going through emotion, I'm doing a job. The copies have not been coming out, right? It's like they put whatever they want inside the cup. Regaurdless to the customer's request. The ice coffees have been warm. Not cold and a lot of times there's only about 4 or 5 pieces of ice in the cup which make for a warm cup of iced coffee. Good morning, people there need to realize the customers are paying for what? They are asking for and the way that they are asking for it to be made.These girls need to learn that and start giving the customers what they order and they definitely need to speed up the speed of service again.No one should have to wait so long for a cup of coffee.When they can go over to dunkin' donuts and have a copy and even a breakfast sandwich within just...

Today when I pulled up with my kiddos I ended up being short on money, yes I'll admit it we all have days and this lady behind the register told me not to worry she could get it. I assured her that I was fine leaving with out because it was just a treat not a necessity and she still proceeded to cover a rush and 2 donuts for my kids to eat. I couldn't be more thankful to see there's still good people...

I enjoy Aroma Joe's, but this location definitely needs to do something about their lids. Whenever I order a 20oz drink, it ends up leaking on me because the lid does not fit tight enough. This has been happening at every visit for the last month or so.

That being said, my drinks are always tasty, I love their bagels, and the staff...
