I’ve had African food in Des Moines, New York City, and Los Angeles, but this has been the freshest and most authentic I’ve ever tried. We usually order takeout, and every meal has been outstanding.
Our most recent order was Spinach Beef with fufu, plus a side of Samoussas. The Samoussaswere generously stuffed with meat and had the perfect balance of crunch and softness. The spinach beef with fufu was incredibly flavorful; it honestly felt like I was eating in Africa itself.

Everything is seasoned really well, and if you don't like things spicy, just don't use the red pepper sauce (we do though!). I'd never tried fufu or kwanga before and they were awesome starchy sides for the flavorful food. If there are any others out there that haven't had it, fufu is like a soft doughy texture that you can scoop the stews with, and kwanga is like a harder chewy bready texture (kind of like mochi? but more bready).
