Hardee's — Restaurant in Watertown Charter Township

Decided to give Hardee's a try since I had never tried it, and we were at the gas station for a trip. I ordered a Frisco burger and asked for hashbrowns instead of fries. Once I found out it was a breakfast item and was going to be a hassle I said normal fries were fine. The older lady behind the counter insisted that they drop enough hashbrowns for an order. Which I was grateful for. They weren't busy so I didn't push any further to just go with regular fries.

A few minutes go by and then I get my order to go. Once I get to the car, there were fries instead of hashbrowns. Which is whatever, but they didn't need to be weird and then sneaky about it. Shouldve just said "sorry thats a breakfast item," or just listened when I said nevermind. I wasn't trying to make a big deal about it but the sandwich was horrible. A literal pound of Mayo, it was inedible.

I'm glad I finally tried this place but wish I would've gotten Subway instead. Terrible service and food....

Food was cold. Hot Ham and cheese lol my ice tea was was warmer. Double cheese burger no pickle extra cheese and extra catchup and mustard yet the burger was very dry barely any condiments like I asked and it was very cold as well. The staff was emotionally challenged noone had a smile not even a thank you please come again. never will I go to that Hardee's again. Grand river ave. Lansing at the loves truck stop.

Thought i would be fair and give one last chance. Stupid mistake. Ordered the big double cheeseburger and fish sandwich

Recieved a big cheeseburger combo meal. Returned the fries and cup got refunded the difference. Left got in the car almost 20 miles started to get in the bag and got a cold and dry cheeseburger with barely any ketchup and a cold chicken sandwich with tarter sauce. Should've listened to that little voice when it said ( don't go there again)..

Terrible service,...

Came back after having to wait an extra 10 minutes for my food told me to pull up got home the boxes were all tore up soaked in grease The fries weren’t even edible all three fries for every three meal that we got we’re just depressing to look at don’t even let me get started on the burger I took a bite out of it and I just got a load all over my face was not worth $55 do not recommend for one order was two superstars large came to be $30 my friend ordered a number six and got a 10 piece nugget and that came to be 25 he threw it away the nuggets on the other hand we’re decent what is the best but wasn’t the worst I will for sure not be going back not worth $55 for three meals meals sorry but I can’t express enough but the fries were hands-down the worst fries I’ve ever had the...
