Ordinarily I don't have a problem getting delicious ice cream however the last time I went my girlfriend ordered two blizzards .. and got two men poses she didn't look at them as we never had a problem before it was 90 plus degree by the time she got home and we sat down to eat it. It didn't taste like men at all except for the girl scouts cookies in it it was basically thin mint cookie with out the mint flavored ice cream. I was very disappointed I called the store they said they take my name down I went back about a week later and they had no recollection or my name anywhere I figured it was the least I could do was give me a major discount since they ran out of syrup and never told my girlfriend I'm not happy about that especially after paying over $5 a piece for something I didn't order as it was too hot to return that's why I called them up immediately and I was assured my name would be written down and I would Be taken care of the next time I returned I've been there often I absolutely love ice cream I was disappointed with the customer service and getting...
Read moreI asked for a fluffernutter blizzard with hot fudge after a very long day at work. Seconds after being handed it, I’m not even joking, all of the hot fudge fell off to the sides of the cup and I’m left with a huge mess. Why would they not put less in there so it doesn’t spill out? Or put the same amount in a bigger cup to compensate for the added volume? I’ve worked in the fast food industry before, so there’s a lot that I let slide. Oh and during the five minute ride back to my house, it had almost completely melted. And you can’t say it was the ‘hot fudge’ since it fell off almost immediately. Plus my husband got a strawberry blizzard that also completely melted, he was literally drinking it so it didn’t spill. The fact that we had to stick them in the freezer as soon as we walked through the door is so...
Read moreWe did a drive thru order today asking for one item to be a Reese's pieces blizzard. We pulled into a parking spot to eat our ice creams. My daughter's was made as a Reese's pieces cookie dough. Being a diabetic, she doesn't get many sweet treats and the added dough would be too much. I took it back in and was told by the manager she would make another one. Instead of doing that, she waited on 2 other drive thru customers and was going to wait on another when I spoke up and asked when she would redo mine. I do retail and people in store especially one that was unsatisfied, should have been first. The young man ignored me when I asked him to make mine before waiting on the walk ins. Highly dissatisfied. My granddaughter had to come in get more napkins because my treat was melting everywhere. I did get very loud because she was ignoring me and blizzard machines...
