Today was a wonderful day. I played great golf, enjoyed the sunshine, and decided to check out an ice cream shop that claimed to have the best burgers. As I told the young lady behind the counter, nothing beats a Lions Tap burger! And this will remain true. Not to say this wasn't an amazing food experience because it was. Fresh hot shrimp fries (my favorite) and juicy burger at a great price. Did I mention the ice cream? Good lord! You can not make better ice cream than the lemon one you served me today. Blew my freaking mind! And I'm picky with my ice cream. My wife and I were exploring the town yesterday on her birthday. We stopped in for a birthday treat. I just got some plain ol' soft serve, which was delicious and hit the spot. My wife ordered a hot fudge sundae, but they were having some problem with the fudge that day, so they offered samples of their best ice cream flavors so she could have an incredible birthday treat. She ended up with the brownie smores ice cream, which I "had to" finish. We both loved it! The folks running this shop are very kind, and I will be happy to stop back in on our next...

This place is great!

My wife and i were looking for something fun and new, and we definitely found it by looking here!

The chicken meal we shared was piping hot and delicious, the fries nice and crispy, and the Mac and cheese bites were phenomenal.

After we dined, we went back to the counter for ice cream where we treated ourselves to freshly made waffle cones with a greatly generous portion of ice cream in two complimenting flavors.

Suffice it to say, you certainly won't have to twist my arm very hard to get us to come back to this family...
