Were not many people in the restaurant and they really were not busy the entire time we were there.
Ordered table service, according to the app you order and stay at the table and a food service team member will bring the order when it is freshly prepared (other locations use this and I have never had any issues with it before this. I don't mind if it's something you don't do at this location but don't try to trick or confuse customers by not doing your job on a service you provide). Don't put something on the app if it's not honored at your location. Sat for twenty minutes, went to check at the counter to see where our food was; It had been left there for who knows how long getting cold. When I gave my little ones their kid meal boxes they showed me the "team members" decided not to provide the burgers we paid for on the app. After we brought this issue up they gave us the next burgers off the heating area; completely ignoring how we submitted the order on the app. So now that we were allowed by a team member to have the food we spent money on, it was made incorrectly and we had to go to the counter a third time to ask they make them the way we placed the order. When they remade the burgers they looked up our order to see what we actually purchased then made the burgers how it stated; no apology for consistently messing up and making us wait while our food got cold and my kids kept reminding me they were hungry.
After everything it took about half an hour longer than it needed to. from them not bringing the food like they agreed to on the app, not providing our food with our order, making our food wrong, eventually looking at what we ordered which is something that should have happened at the beginning to prevent all the failures that occured. This McDonald's needs a visit from a regional manager to check they are performing the way the franchise intends. Read moreFirst off, I would like to say I'm not of the complaining type, I work in customer service as well and understand the difficulties, but my experience last weekend was just too pathetic.
I thought I could get in and out of the drive thru in 20 minutes. That's the amount of extra time I gave myself on my way to work. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns, but then they asked me to pull up to the reserved space (which should've been the first red flag something was wrong). Waited 7-8 minutes for someone to come out and tell me there's going to be a longer wait on the order. At this point, I just want to refund the order because I need to be on my way to work. Thought that it would be quicker than waiting for the order, but nope! I go inside to refund and the head manager (I'm assuming) takes about 4-5 minutes just to refund the order. I'm not exaggerating. She did apologize and offered my order for free, which is good, and says it can be ready right away. I accept the offer but she yells at her employees (mostly minors) to make it quickly in front of me and the line behind me. How embarrassing, and even though they clearly did not communicate how long my order would take from the beginning, they are workers and deserve to be treated with some level of respect. The only plus is I walk out with two free sandwiches but I was late to work and I spent 25 minutes from drive-thru to this point. After all this I can see this place is clearly poorly managed and poorly run. I've never had an experience like this at any McDonald's, this is such poor service and performance I couldn't believe it.

Update: the new staff and manager (the African American guy) ONLY in the evening are great!! Food always comes out hot and most important accurate! The am staff needs some help 3 issues when I went for breakfast. When I pulled up to pay the older Caucasian lady was to busy drinking her coffee to take my payment, the young Caucasian lady with brown hair behind her could be heard complaining about customers from the window and finally the icing on the cake the manager Tall very thin dark hair white button down shirt guy gave me my food then asked for me to take a survey about my experience only for my order to be wrong. Like come on make sure I have everything before you give me your survey speech. I have a location no more than 5 min walking distance from my house and I choose to drive to this location again only in the evening! That’s when the magic happens. The old review was 4yrs ago when I lived in Waukesha and even then the manager was so nice and accommodating he no charged my whole order because the food was hard and cold his service was nice and respectful but the food was horrible at that time 4yrs ago.
