Call in take out order, when the gluten-free item was not gluten free, called back. Told I need to talk to manager, was put on hold then rerouted to the initial ordering process starting back over. talked to a 2nd person, he said it would all be ready when we arrived. We drove back, “arrived” and THEN they said they will start making it!(promised us it would be ready when we drove back-about 15 min). now it’s about 20 minutes since we “arrived” for the 2nd time, and we still don’t have our food.
Too much priceless TIME & hassle involved to get simple dinner.

Haven’t been to noodles & co in a few years, and had reasonable expectations for a brand new location that was a complete let down. I don’t see our families ever returning to this location. At 7:25 I get to the window and wait another 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there with 5 cars behind me waiting.
