La Tavola — Restaurant in Waverly

Plenty of parking with room for a couple of big rigs. No waiting when we arrived. We were seated immediately. I had manicotti and my wife had pesto spaghetti. Homemade creamy Italian salad dressing was really good. The food was really good and you definitely can tell it was homemade. The waitress was polite and nice. My glass never got empty. It was a bit noisy for me but nothing overwhelming. The restroom is very small and may be hard to navigate in a wheelchair. An easy handicap entrance into the restaurant. There you have it...

Went there for dinner. I must say the restaurant was beautiful but didn’t enjoy the food. The pasta dish I ordered didn’t have enough sauce and when I inquired about getting a little more to add to it was told they only make enough to go on the dish. Also, the dish that my husband ordered came with a baked potato but, he wanted fries instead and was told he couldn’t substitute. I must say we didn’t enjoy this dining experience. I have had pizza twice, stuffed shells twice and an eggplant parm sub. It was all amazing but my favorite is the stuffed shells (manicotti would taste the same). You can definitely tell it’s homemade. The service has been good whether it’s dine in or carry out. Some people say it’s pricey but the portions are large so most people can get two meals out of it. I will pay all day for authentic Italian food!!! The renovations look very nice compared to how it was before. I highly recommend this...
