I placed a carryout order, all off menu items, no substitutions. When I came to pick it up, I was directed to the bar. It took me a while to flag down someone working at it. When I got the food back, I noticed they forgot the salad dressing. I drove back, had to flag down someone who worked there again because no one was working up front and the bar was packed. I explained the situation, they went back, a couple of minutes later came back with the dressing.

I should add throughout all interactions with the staff I didn't get so much as a "hello", "have a nice day", or even a smile. I didn't get so much as a sorry for having to loop around to pick up a couple of salad dressings that were forgotten from the order.

The food was not good. Especially for the price. I had a burger that was some how both rigid and soggy (probably didn't help that it was sitting in the takeaway container while I resolved the salad dressing issue). The salad was mostly wilted. It was a big portion but a good 30% of it had to be picked out. The croutons were stale. The fries were burnt.

Pretty much have nothing good to say about it.

The patrons were having a blast, though. And they were doing gangbusters at the bar, so I would imagine it would be good if you were looking to get sauced. It is definitely a bar first and a restaurant as an afterthought.

I you get hungry when you're drunk and your standards go way down, maybe give it a shot.

If you're just looking for a place to eat, there are way better options at a much better price.

Maybe I'm the moron for expecting a good...

I will not return to this awful establishment. Shenanigans is a perfect name for this place. I went with a group of about 7 friends and the server was horrible. Nearly every person's food order was wrong. We had to flag him down any time we wanted another drink. And when I went to pay my tab there was a $10 gratuity charge he did not deserve. Now, about 3 weeks later, I received my credit card bill and noticed an extra $35 charge from shenanigans that night besides the bill I originally payed. I called management to complain and they asked me to give them a couple days to figure it out. The next day the manager from the night we were there called me back. He told me that 2 people from my party had apparently walked out on their tab. He intentionally, yes INTENTIONALLY, charged the extra to my card in hopes that I would call him back and give him contact info for those who walked out. First of all, that is credit card fraud! I DID NOT authorize those charges or sign for them! Second of all, the server was screwing things up all night. When I payed the tab he had to ask me everything I ordered. Everyone else I was with said the same and everyone said they paid their tab. The server probably mischarged things and ended up with extra tickets. Whatever the reason, another paying customer should never be unknowingly charged for left over tabs AFTER they left the establishment. This place is unprofessional and conducts business poorly. I will be filing a complaint...

I have been to "Nannies" many times since they moved to their new establishment. I keep going back, hoping their service was just a fluke. However, their service continually fails to meet expectations. A couple weeks ago we sat down at a table and were not even waited on. We went to the bar to get our own drinks and after about 45 minutes a server finally came to help. This probably isn't the servers fault though because it seems they are usually understaffed. The bartenders usually have poor attitudes behind the bar and I've waited 10-15 minutes numerous times waiting for a drink when its usually not even busy. Not to mention the manager can be a real ass. And don't even get me started on the fact that they serve 32 oz beers in plastic gas station cups later in the evening. It makes the beer taste so so awful. This isn't the trashy old Nannies where college kids come to black out. You can serve your beer in nice mugs the entire night. I won't completely sell them out. If you do get served and you do have the patience to wait for food, it's usually pretty good. I post this anonymously because with the lack of places to go on the west side of Sioux Falls I will still probably end up going there every now and then. It's unfortunate that the customer service is so poor because the new establishment is very nice and I could see myself going there...

Between finding glass in my rice soup 2-3 years ago, discovering a chewed up toothpick in my pizza a couple months ago, to now experiencing the attitude and worst customer service I have ever seen by an employee whose name on my receipt was Chelsea S, I can officially say I will never return to this establishment. Side note to the owner, if you change a menu item and you don't care enough to change the physical menu, at the very least the employees should be mentioning the change to the customer prior to the food coming out. Otherwise you will run into the situation like today where Ms. Chelsea didn't mention the change, I no longer wanted the food due to it not being as it says on the menu, and then she proceeded to try and charge me for it regardless while scoffing, rolling her eyes, and not coming to the table for 20 minutes to take my order after my coworkers were already finished eating. Ridiculous. Item in question was the pulled pork sliders on a "hawaiian pretzel bun" (according to the menu) which turned out to be some sort of dry, crumbly, and debatably edible bun. Pictures attached.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Got my fishbowl taken away because everyone at my table wasn't able to present their ID's even though it was me ording it for myself. My friends with me literally only tried barely a straw full of it. If that was what was gonna happen she shouldn't have even brought it out to me at all. She should have asked for everyone's ID's right away and told me "if everyone cannot present an ID I cannot serve you a fishbowl." Not bring it out and let me have a few drinks out of it then take it away. My food was also ice cold. Worse experience I've had at a bar and grill. Our waitress also only checked up on us one time once we got our food and it wasn't her who brought it out to us either. While all the waiters were chillin and standing in the back corner by the coors light sign. Not only that, it felt like the whole staff was watching our table like a hawk. Nothing worse then trying to enjoy a meal and being stared at the whole time. And a convenience fee? You're kidding right? Whole experience was a joke.

Good sports bar. Food selection was nice. Flatbreads, burgers, pizza, wraps, etc. Service was decent. No real complaints. Didn't have to wait for a seat. I got the Roosevelt burger and I'd give it a 7 out of 10. Went on a Sunday afternoon while a few NFL games were going. So we heard the occasional loud shouting. But that's to be expected at a sports bar. Been here 3 different times and really have no complaints. Nothing really that stands out either. Would recommend.
