Wendy's — Restaurant in Wayne

Wayne Wendy’s is the biggest joke of a restaurant. The female manager there is the rudest person every single time we go. I have never had a positive experience at that Wendy’s location but it is the only one close to our house. They should seriously consider getting new management in there. I will gladly drive 30 minutes to Huntington to receive better customer service. I could be in the best mood possible and I will leave there mad, the attitude and rudeness they give customers for no reason is ridiculous. (She gave me attitude because I asked for an extra sauce and then rolled her eyes when I didn’t sit the bag and drink down fast enough to grab the sauce as soon as she handed it out. And I even apologized and she rolled her eyes still.) Wendy's DO BETTER.

I was actually disappointed overall at this visit. There were several other people not satisfied with their food because it was cold or made incorrectly. The staff seemed bothered or insulted to be asked to fix their errors. Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food burger joints so I felt a little let down for this wasn't the only time I encountered sub-par service and food quality at this location. On the upside, the store itself was kept very clean and the restrooms were impeccable as well. If you plan to visit this store I do hope your experience is...

I'll just wait until I get in "the big city" of Huntington next time I'm hungry and in the Wayne area. This place is run by hateful 12-year-olds with no communication skills. I was very nice and sociable, and nobody at either window would respond, and they just gave me the evil eye with a "here," then slamming my debit card and my small, meager order into my car. This place is proof that the Hills Have Eyes. Watch the movie, then drive thru this Wendy's. I also got really bad diarrhea afterwards and that's all I ate...
