It's been around since before I was little, so personally, it should be a historic landmark like the post office. So, that's a long time, and the burgers and red hots still taste the same, and the drinks are cold. Inflation has made the prices go up, and that really doesn't make sense. The place stays packed out from before lunch for a couple of hours just about year-round. The wait time is not that bad, considering you're getting a fresh, hot burger straight off the grill. If you want an old-fashioned hamburger, then this is the place you need to go to satisfy that homemade burger experience! I haven't been in many years, but the time away wasn't disappointing because they still have the magic touch! Great southern hospitality at its best👌! Keep the burgers coming. So going on the advice of a local farmer while in the area on a hunt, a few buddies and I came here for our lunch. Boy we were not disappointed! This place is definitely a jewel. Service was with a smile and southern charm. The burgers are amazing, not over cooked, good and juicy! I'm pretty sure I could feel my blood slow down. Lol! I could have ate 5 of them.
