Osaki Steakhouse And Sushi — Restaurant in Weatherford

Well, as you can see below, I had a positive review of this place. We loved eating here. Tonight however, we got there at 7pm. We were seated within a couple of minutes and order taken pretty quick. They were pretty busy for a Friday night which is understandable. But by 8:30, after watching everyone who came in after us get their food and even pay and leave and we had yet to get our food, we got up and walked out. We won’t be back.

When I first arrived there were not any cars in the lot-which made me hesitant. But within 10min of our arrival they had a full house. I ate the super crunchy roll, which is saying a lot for me as I don’t really like fish/seafood. BUT IT WAS DELICIOUS. Fried shrimp and spicy snow crab was way better than I anticipated. My husband ate the sushi deluxe-the chef choice of 9pieces of sushi and a tuna roll. He was not as impressed with his dish-especially after he had a piece of mine. My wife and I went there for date night and too be honest it's by far the worst service I have ever experienced. The food and sushi were top notch but the customer service was poor. The layout of the restaurant need to be changed to create a better flow of the environment for the waiter and their clientele. More time than not it feels crowded, and they lack employee's to handle how much people they get. Our food got there warm but not like hot so I could tell it sat in the back for a good while.
