Ordered a medium recees blast, added "real fruit banna" to iy on the app. Took 25 minutes to get it. Then there's no Banna. Come to find out it's just syrup. No actual fruit. So I asked for a refund. They can't give me one. I get told I have to go through the app. Fine. Try that amd the store doesn't even come up. I go back in and ask for a phone number amd the store number. Manager gives me a phone number and store number. I get back in my truck and see that the phone number is a number short of being a phone number. Just ridiculous. This Sonic is so great! Super convenient location (attached to a really nice truck stop/convenience store and gas station!). My food was ready as soon as I pulled up to the drive-thru, and was fresh and hot…just the way I like it (cold food that’s been sitting out too long is a huge turn off). The staff was very friendly and gracious. All in all, this is an excellent place to visit and I definitely recommend that any hungry travelers who need a restroom break and want to put fuel in their vehicles AND tummies should try out this place. Oh, and there is also ANOTHER fast food restaurant inside the convenience store (pizza place, I think), so there are plenty of options to choose from....

These people can’t make an order right to save their lives. There is ALWAYS something missing or incorrect. I would normally blame it on being swamped, but I came by today and was one of 3 cars in the stalls. Two of my items were wrong. Missing things I paid for. It doesn’t hurt to double check to make sure things aren’t missing - they just don’t do it. I was happy when they showed up so close to home as there aren’t many options out this way, but geez, you’re better off anywhere else since they don’t ever get it right or give you everything you paid for.
