Enzo's Pizza & Italian Grill — Restaurant in Weatherly

We placed an online order for pick up last night. Whenever I arrived they told me I did not order. I showed the girl working the register my confirmation text as well as my order. She disappeared for a while and came back to tell me they didnt see it/ forgot about it but to just wait a few minutes.(I ordered directly through their site) after sitting there for 30 minutes watching multiple people pick up orders or come in, oder food, eat and leave, a man comes over to tell me they don't have the pizza slices I wanted. They're in a case to be heated up, what about looking at the case directly on the counter took 30 mins!? I guess this is when they started to warm up the pizza/ work on my order because I sat another 20 minutes waiting. I even paid more for.my pizza because I paid for toppings and they only had cheese to offer. No one offered me any type of refund for this mistake and I spent nearly an hour sitting in a pizza shop. When ordering my food the lady that answered the phone and took my order had a attitude problem not sure if she was having a bad day, however I hope when she waitresses a table it's not that way. Ordered a pizza and cheesesteak stromboli. I asked for pizza lightly baked and it came raw. The dough was doughy sauce was cold and cheese barely melted.
