Dunkin' — Restaurant in Weathersfield

Alright so I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for many many years and quite frankly it is hit or miss for me. However, lately, when I order an iced caramel latte with whole milk, the latte tastes like "coffee water". I usually get mine with caramel and whole milk and I just can't taste anything. I pray and hope it will taste good but it usually doesn't, which makes me sad because the Ascutney dd is the most convenient place to get coffee.

I have also experienced the latte tasting simply awful, tasting as if the the milk in it has gone bad. I am not sure how else to describe it but sour milk tasting. I do no mean to write a bad review but maybe the milk dispensers need to be changed more or cleaned better and perhaps the espresso machine needs to be changed/ cleaned more often as well. I am not sure what the problem is.

There are some days, rare, that my latte tastes amazing!!! But other days it's mediocre at best. I will say that the service overall is good. The people working there are very nice, every changing, but professional and personable. I will continue to go there ( not all the time but sometimes) and hope...

I've never seen this much incompetence in one building. It's the only Dunkin Donuts on my way to work, but after today I'll start leaving earlier to find a less convenient location that hopefully has better trained staff. I've had issues here in the past (out of bagles, slow service, coffee made wrong) but always give the benefit of the doubt knowing that turnover in food service is usually high, so it's hard to keep good employees. Today was the final straw. I ordered a veggie egg white breakfast sandwich on a multigrain bagle with hash browns. When I arrived at 11 I was informed that of the 6 bagle options they had only plain and sesame. I changed my order to sesame, but neglected to inspect the bag when it was handed to me. When I got to work 20 minutes and miles away I found no hash browns, the wrong egg, and what looks like a plain bagle with sesame seeds sprinkled on it. If you're traveling on 91 I suggest stopping in Springfield, VT at exit 7, the Dunkin Donuts there is about 10 minutes off of the exit, but at least your order...

Its rare that things go well at this Dunks. I put up with it usually as its my local dunks, even when I could hear a woman shit talking me at the drive thru when she thought it was muted. But this morning, I ordered a LARGE refresher. I walked in to a small and simply said that I ordered a large and the woman just kept repeating that all they had under my name was a small. When I got back to my truck, I could finally check my receipt online and it very clearly stated large. This was a relatively small issue, but considering that theres a problem literally every single time I come in, it was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I'm sick of no one at this location being capable of taking criticism and being fully unwilling to help customers find solutions to things.
