Why are you not eating here?

We’ve been visiting the inn for dinner for about a year now and we love it every time. The owners are such wonderful people! The service is warm and flawless, and they have some very talented chefs. Highest compliments to them.

First, the cocktails. We love their cocktail menu and friday night didn’t disappoint one bit. We had the Pear and Sage, the Rakia Sour, and this winter Smoky cocktail that was served with maple infused bacon on top. It was glorious!!

For Dinner, We started out with the seasonal salad, Arancini, and the beef tartare. All amazing appetizers! The salad had the perfect balance of sweetness and savory. The arancini were truffled and oh so creamy, and the beef tartare was so flavorful. I’m not a fan of tartare in general but I liked this one!

I went momentarily unconscious (figuratively) trying the lamb osso buco. It was easily the best lamb I’ve ever had. In fact I’m pretty sure I’m going to have to go back next week to get it again!

The bread pudding is sublime. It’s the first beautiful day in summer, and somehow also the entire Christmas season all wrapped Up into a caramel encased robe of comfort. And by the way they also have great creme brulee and ice cream...

We had a reservation for a group of 8 girls. The appetizers and dessert were excellent, and most of the entrées were very good. However, the salmon was overcooked, dry, and under-seasoned. One guest ordered a steak medium, but it arrived looking well-done. After only a couple of bites, she sent it back.

The chef/manager, Evon, came over and explained that because it was grass-fed beef, the color can appear darker, and he insisted it had been cooked to medium apart from the end pieces. When the bill came, the steak was still included. Evon then explained he had comped one drink “for the steak” and offered to take 50% off the steak if we paid for the drink. At that point, we decided not to push further and just paid the bill.

Our server, Frankie, was absolutely wonderful—attentive, kind, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the management experience left a negative impression, and I would not recommend Evon’s handling of...

MUST check out place. The restaurant is in a hotel which has hundreds years of long history of Vermont. The appearance of the building is just a small townhouse in this area, but the antique interior of the restaurant creates charming and cozy comfortable atmosphere.

Food was exceptional. All dishes were beyond my expectation. We had pasta, ceviche, steak, risotto, brussel sprout, and desserts. In fact, we went here couple more times and each visit was full of satisfaction.

Service was great. All servers are nice and willing to provide great experience for every customers. We also learned that the restaurant has its own field and continue to collaborate with local farms to provide the best seasonal menu. Yes, menu changes and I would love to try all different dishes if I can.

Only down side is that the restaurant is not easily accessible. However, I can strongly recommend this place if you plan to be...

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Is this place even real? Everything—from the food to the atmosphere to the service—was absolutely astounding. It's one of those rare dining experiences that leaves you speechless. Gentlemen, if you're looking to impress your significant other, this is the place. Trust me. Thoughtful, intimate, and unforgettable. One word: Wow.

An absolute hidden gem near Okemo! We loved it so much that we dined here two nights in a row, and every dish was simply outstanding. The warm, inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home, and our host and server struck the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine hospitality. Can’t wait to return for another unforgettable meal!
