This place takes forever. I don't know who was running but I didn't even get napkins in my bag. Had to ask for some. Out of slushy mango mix maintenance, obviously needs to change the fryer oil in my McChicken was obviously held in the cabinet too long "time temperature abuse"dry and hard. And very dark in color.

It's McDonald's.. Most are the same. This one was no exception. The service was quick and the girl was friendly. But as I sat down with my 10 year old daughter I could here a male in the kitchen practically yelling fu*k twice. I was not the only only one there with young children.

Waited in line at McDonald's for 20 minutes to get breakfast for my children when we pulled up the sign changed over for lunch I asked them if they could still give me breakfast for my kids they refused the manager was completely rude and arrogant with me and they were laughing... The sign changing over for lunch means they probably still had breakfast items they were just refusing to service me... I think the integrity of McDonald's corporation has went downhill I'll never eat at McDonald's again this was the last time... I could never imagine running a restaurant like that and treating my customers in such a way... If somebody waited 20 minutes to get breakfast at my place they're going to get breakfast regardless of the sign changes... This kind of thing is just proof that McDonald's corporation really does not care about their customers or their customers' time because your time is valuable but whenever you wait 20 minutes and you're treated as invaluable why go back they lost my business the moment they treated...

Yesterday I stopped by the drive thru around 1pm, thinking that since it was prime time lunch hour, I would get some fresh food and good service. Unfortunately, not the case. Every single car in the drive thru line were sent to go park and wait fir their food. EVERY. SINGLE. VEHICLE. Once I arrived to the 2nd window, I was also sent to a "drive thru parking space". I was told they were waiting on my burger. Well, I finally got my food and started driving home. The burger and cheese were both COLD, the bun was old and stale, and the fries were limp and greasy. A total and complete disappointment. $8+ dollars spent and it was basically trash, because that's where it went. At the end of the day I was just left wondering.. why did I have to wait for cold, old, unedible food? Why did ALL of us have to wait? Management, you've got some opportunities to make this situation better. I hope you make some positive changes as a result of...
