Subway — Restaurant in Wellington

I’m giving a three because of the ginger boy that works there. I ordered my standard foot long veggie. I call it my standard because I get 2 meals from it. He gets out the bread cuts it in half, puts the other half away and moves on to my husband’s order. The woman doing veggies started to ask me what I want on it and I kindly let her know that I had asked for a foot long. She says that isn’t a problem, puts the perfectly good 6 in back and grabs a whole one, (she couldn’t grab the other half of mine because ginger boy had already started using it for the woman behind my husband. So it’s all good until ginger boy leans over to the woman making my sandwich and tells her that I had ordered a 6 inch. To let them know that I heard, I stated that no, I had ordered a foot long but no worries. So I ask the lady making my sandwich for avocado and ginger boy stops making the woman two people behind me’s sandwich and yells to me that avocado costs extra. Ummm first off I know this but even if I hadn’t wouldn’t it have been the person making my sandwich responsibly to tell me? So I yell down to him that “yes I know this” and looked at the lady making my sandwich and told her that she had made my sandwich the week before and it’s really a simple sandwich. So we pay and as we’re eating we’re watching the going on behind the counter. If ginger boy would spend more time in his job and less on what his co-workers are doing their job would probably be a lot better. In the future, if he’s there I’ll...

I brought my family to eat here at the Miller Subway in Wellington Utah on our way back to SLC from Green River. We ordered 4 six inch subs with one of them being the roasted chicken breast. When my wife took a bite of the chicken sub she gagged. It turns out that half of the breast was overcooked to the point of it being brown and hard as a rock. When she took it back they told her that all of the chicken breasts were exactly the same. They didn't offer her anything different or even a new sandwich. She came back to our table very upset but tore the bad part off and tried to choke down the rest. I got upset after that and took the offending piece of chicken up for them to see and asked for a refund. That's when they refused a refund stating they needed a manager there to do that. They finally offered to make a new sandwich but by that point my wife didn't want anything from them. We left disgusted. I would give this place less than one star if I could. The staff was rude and could care less if you were satisfied. If you do eat here check your sandwich before...

Worst Subway, worst customer service and most unprofessional subway I have ever stepped into. We got there at 8:30 after driving all day and hiking ready to eat a sandwich. (This subway closes at 9) I go to the line and wait for them to finish helping OTHER customers and then said we are closed at 8:30 when they close at 9:00. Then went into the gas station and watched him make himself a sandwich and my friend went in line as well and he said the same thing that they are closed. And my friend said “you close at 9” and he responded “we are short staffed” there was 4 employees there all cleaning different things trying to close. When they CLOSE AT 9! Then she said “you can’t make 2 more sandwiches?” and he responded to his other co worker “don’t listen to her or talk to her” HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THESE EMPLOYEES DONT DESERVE TO WORK THERE AT ALL.
