I have been here many times, and up until recently it was always pleasant. Until I met Jen. She constantly targets my young friends & I (we are 17 & 18) young women. We get Taco Bell every night, one night we ordered & waited three minutes to pay, and they closed the window so we left. The next next is where the constant horror began. She said “make sure these ladies pay” in a mean manor that was her clearly not joking. Then the next occurrence she accused me of taking pictures of her when I was taking a selfie. Even if pictures were being taken it would be proof of the worker who continually harasses me but that was not the case. Tonight was the worst. She screamed at me for snap chatting my friend back in a picture she was clearly not in, proceeded to put sour cream on my Crunchwrap after specifically saying I was allergic twice. She then said “she thinks she’s cute” “they act like they’re grown” and had another worker approach us. The worker that approached us has always been very kind, and no one seems to have issues with. We do not blame him because he is hearing a one sided drama. It’s just sad and unfortunate because we are teenage girls who love us some Taco Bell just like the rest of you. It’s also very clear through these reviews that this is a constant issue. I’d like to report her but I do not feel comfortable facing this women directly. My mother has had to get involved, if I ate the sour cream I’d go into anaphylactic shock but she had no consideration for this, and still put sour cream on after much kind detailing about my allergies (I get it’s fast food and mistakes are made but this was clearly on purpose) I just want to go to Taco Bell in peace, and so do my friends. I pray next time this situation gets handled but it feels like that definitely will not happen, and I will have to go out of my way somewhere else. All of the other workers seem very kind, and no complaints to...
Read moreFor the past few months, every time I have given this location a chance, they mess it up more for not only me, but for themselves as well. I am vegan. With that being said, I substitute here and there to accompany my needs. I have contacted corporate in the past and still have not received an email or letter back. Tonight I decided to give Wellington, Ohio Taco Bell one last chance. I ordered the Triple Double Crunchwrap box. Substituted beef for black beans. Came out to be a regular Crunchwrap. Found literally 2 black beans in my Crunchwrap, substituted sour cream for guac as well (and they charged me extra, which NO Taco Bell has ever done, they just substitute as needed) come to find out, there was no guac in my Crunchwrap that I paid extra for in the first place. Also, on my tacos I subbed beef for REFRIED BEANS. Instead, there so happened to be left over smeared black bean on the outside of my taco shells, yet nothing but lettuce and cheese in my tacos. Everything is always correct on my receipt, but nothing is ever correct when it comes out. I’m done always going back to show where they messed up. I will be choosing a different location from now on until the staff is either trained correctly, or they receive a completely new staff that can actually do their job to their best of my ability. I genuinely feel sorry for these employees because I see I’m not the only one with the problem of never getting their...
Read moreIt has been a year since I ordered taco bell. The first time I ordered drive through and was hoping to get a bean taco. In the past I had said vegetarian taco and the order they either asked about substituting beans. The last time I went I got a taco shell and some cheese sprinkled in it...no lettuce, tomato, or beans. It was bad and I was disappointed that that was the assumption of what I intended and there were no questions. Well this time we went to a different taco bell. This location has the computer ordering option. I took my time and explored the menu. I tried ordering a bean burrito and added a second type of beans, a potato burrito, and a single bean taco. An employee came to ask if I intended for two types of beans, which I appreciated. The burritos and tacos were filled up and tasted great. I was really happy. The new branding was a bit odd with a muted earthy tone color pallet and tie dye artwork. It made the store feel much less like a chain. But the food was tasty. The cinnamon twists were a little dry but that is pretty standard and I've never had them differently elsewhere. I liked this location of taco bell and would recommend it over the cheese in a dry...
