Pudgie's Pizza — Restaurant in Wellsboro

Our order was completely butchered today. We got there and they missed an entire order of wings. So we had to wait. Our pizza was half pep and have cheese when we ordered all pep. We ordered honey BBQ for one of the wings and got regular bbq. We also ordered extra sauce and barely had sauce at all! The computers were down. Understandable that it's difficult but the customer service was terrible as well. In fact my review would have been better considering their situation, but while we were there the guy who waited on us was throwing attitude left and right and answering the phone, putting people on hold and never going back or answering and hanging up. This made us realize that he did that to us when we called we had to call 4 times!!...

Called before hand for party having at my sister and was stopping to pick it up on our way though. Told it be ready by 2:20 pm I got there late by like 30 minutes but anyway got there and it wasn't even ready . they claimed it got lost but they weren't even busy. If I could leave a zero star review I would. The pizza quality has been less than sub par recently. Just a few hours ago my family ordered a pizza that was not only burnt on the bottom but charred on the top. This is not a one time thing the last three times we ordered pizza it has been like this just steadily getting more burnt than the last. We don't ask for much just pizza...
