I used paradise for a 20 person catered dinner and boy did they knock it out of the park. Leading up to our event I dealt exclusively with Scott and it was such an amazing experience. Scott took his time with me and helped me work out the perfect menu. He was so patient, professional, and kind. The food was an absolute hit and was the talk of the party for weeks after the event. I've eaten food from this truck (well, actually it's a trailer) on several occasions and have had many different offerings. I have yet to be disappointed. The quality of the food is very good. The portions of the food is more than you would expect for the price. I highly recommend eating there. Everyone I took with me to eat there now love it. Especially the folks who are apprehensive. Scott did an AMAZING job for my wedding this past weekend. Not only did he stay to cook for my event, (I called him last minute) delaying his own vacation, but the food was OUTSTANDING!!!! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my day.
