Burger King — Restaurant in Wellsville

Pulled in and ordered two bacon cheeseburgers. There was only one person in front of me, waited for 5 minutes at the drivethru window before someone came to the window. Asked if I had ordered two hamburgers without any toppings or sauces. I said no, I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers. The girl who I am sure took my original order said that I did not order anything, asked me if it was an online order, I said no, I literally just placed the order thru your drivethru. Told me she didn't have record of my order. I don't have a lot of places to go to lunch around me and this is the closest but everytime I go here I am dissapointed. Wasted my lunch break to get no food whatsoever. I had to leave and get back to work, I don't have time to place an order twice and not get my food again. Horrible customer service, so much for fast food. Worst fast food restaurant I have ever been through. I will drive another 15 minutes out of my way and waste more of my lunch break to avoid this place. Close your doors case your just wasting people's time here. I have written 3 reviews on restaurants in my ENTIRE life and this was one of them because it was so deserving. Thanks for wasting my time and sending me back to work hungry. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND BE SHRUGGED AT WHEN THEY SAY YOU DIDN'T...

So I Ordered a Rodeo King Burger. Worst burger I have received in a long time. Gross is what I received. 😝. bbq all over parts of the bun, top and bottom, and wrapper, missing a cheese, the other cheese was not melted and cool, both hamburger patties were not warm, and all onion rings were actually cold. extremely bad. 👎. employees don't care an ounce about what they are making. Not only was everything either cold or on the cold side but just thrown together with not an ounce of care. There were three employees there and only me and one other individual so there was no reason at all for things to have been rushed.

I felt sick to my stomach the rest of the night. I only took a total of 3 bites. Fortunately today is going well as food poising from uncooked food can...

I drive by this gas station everyday after work so it gets a lot of my patronage. The Burger King is hit and miss. I pretty much get the same thing every time if I do wander over to that side of the store. But still it's 50/50 if they can make a chocolate shake properly. Sometimes it's perfect, good mix of the soft serve and syrup. Other times it's basically a cup vanilla ice cream whipped up a bit with some chocolate syrup at the bottom of the cup. And if you order anything with it they let the shake sit and melt by the fry station while they talk in back and one girl does most of the work. But hey, I remember being 18...
