This place makes some of the best cracklins since they do it right. Other places keep too much meat attached to the fat and that’s become a problem in this industry. More meat left on yields more weight when sold to the patrons, but this takes away from the whole cracklin taste and texture. If other places would just cook their cracklins the way you’re supposed to, then more people happier to buy and fresh genuine product. So kudos to Hebert’s for doing it correctly!

When I asked for a refund the cashier could only come up with a total of 11 dollars when I had already paid 1472 he said the rest was tax. When I was leaving he sarcastically said your welcome.
