This was the worst service I have EVER had in my life. We waited for one and a half HOURS and we still did not get our food. We only ordered three burgers and a steak which at any other restaurant would only take 20-30 minutes to serve. We overall were just sitting there for about two hours. When we went up to the counter to tell them we were just going to leave, the servers were rudely snickering and laughing about how we were being treated. We were out to celebrate my mom's birthday and this completely ruined the whole night. We have plans and don't want to be waiting for two hours just for food. Those plans then fell apart which I am warning any other person or family that even thinks about going here; don't go here if you want the rest of your day messed up. Overall, my whole family would recommend NO ONE to go here as it is literally the worst restaurant any of us have ever been to. Please save yourself from utter...

The updates to the Hillside have been great, but the meals are not what they used to be. Cosmetics have been updated so far, but it is time to improve the menu and quality of food coming out.

update, lowering my review again The serving staff keeps going down hill, they are under experienced and have too many tables to keep up with. Over 10 minutes waiting for water and to have meal placed. Once the order was placed the server has never came over to check on anything. Once the order was finally taken and came over to be served it was wrong, not shocking as it is the second time this has happened.
