I’m giving only one star simply because there’s nothing lower. The environment was odd. The staff that were at the counter were nice, however, was very surprised that we had to wait on ourselves including carrying the pizza platter. And I had to go hunt down a menu because we weren’t greeted with one or offered one at all or even told where they were. I ordered the chicken Alfredo with broccoli and it was sub par to say the least. The breadsticks were very disappointing the cheese was not even melted. The pizza was ok. My fiancé ordered the pizza cheese steak sub and the cheese again was barely melted. And it lacked flavor. We paid way too much for very underwhelming food. It was absolutely wonderful. Very good food and good service. Everything was very clean and everyone was socially distant. The biggest thing to me is the way I was treated. I'm a person who cannot wear a mask. Literally because of a medical condition and also a mental condition. I was not treated horribly as I have been in other places. Evidently they know what the law is. Every executive order has exceptions. Every single point made in an executive order states" unless exceptions apply". Always enjoy our pizza at Elizabeth's! We had the small SPEACIAL PIZZA today, which was great, but our favorite is the double pepperoni, onions, mushrooms and peppers, or the steak & cheese sub with mayo, onions, mushrooms and peppers...that would have given them a 5 for sure today. We drive all of the way from the other side of town, off of Holiday Loop Rd, passing 3 other pizza places, just to come here! We can't wait until they get their new store open on Freeway Drive.
