Subway — Restaurant in West Alexandria

My girlfriend and I have been eating the new Chicken Mediterranean flatbread subs at Subway in our hometown village, West Alexandria, OH. Thursday night before the Memorial Day weekend, we decided the try the Steak Mediterranean instead of chicken. Within hours we were vomiting and/or had diarrhea every few minutes. Fever spikes to 103+, elevated blood pressure, headache, etc. Her mom finally took us to urgent care where they explained we had Acute Food Poisoning. We were told the effects would last for up to six weeks. Week two now, still have difficulty keeping solid food down.
