Bella Rosa Italian Eatery — Restaurant in West Bradford Township

Honestly this used to be our favorite pla e to order from. Over thw last few years we have seen a horrible shift. The quality of the food has gotten worse. Our delivery order is wrong 75% of the time. And pur most recent frustration was last night. I placed a delivery order and paid for tip with order in advance. Twenty minutes after it should have been delivered no food had come. I called. And was told our food had been delivered. I argued that we did not get it and asked what address they delivered to. Then I was told that the driver left our food on the front porch in the rain and that she called me to tell me. First of all there was no missed call from her. Second, did she even knock?!?! No one heard her at the door. And let's be real... if ai had not added the tip already, she would have never left my food on the porch like that. She would have knocked and waited to get her tip. I am done. I asked for a refund and was told, we should have been sitting at the door waiting for our delivery. Who does that!?! Like I said before, this used to be our favorite place. We have had food delivered more than 8 tes a month for the last 10 years. This place has gone down hill. They will never get my money...

I took my parents out to dinner here. The place is clean that’s about it. The service just stinks. We each ordered a coke, I finished half of mine as I am not the biggest soda drinker, so I asked the young lady for a cup of ice water. She took the cup that half the coke was left in and filled the cup with water, so coke and water was mixed together was not a pleasant taste. We all ordered are food at the same time, I ordered a small Stromboli, my mom ordered clams and my dad ordered a pizza steak. My order and mother’s order came out my father’s order not so much. So, he waited and asked the server where his food was and she never came back. By the time my mother and I finished our meals they finally bring out my father’s order. The food was ok nothing to write home about, how they say it’s Italian food is beyond me, it’s just your typical run of mill pizza shop. We then each ask for a box for left overs and the check and dam near 30mins go by and the server is nowhere to be found. The food is nothing to write home about. The service.........just terrible. I only gave them a star so I could write this post!!!! The final straw for us was ordering 2 pizzas that took over an hour for delivery and arrived cold (less than a mile away). This wasn't the first time. We called to complain, were offered a credit for our next order.....so we gave them a 25th chance to get it right. The order took probably 10 minutes to complete over the phone (lots of back and forth and being put on hold), we tried to use the credit we were given and FIRST we were told that they had never heard of it before (so we were lying) SECOND they said "so you want us to give you a $45 order for $20?" Our response was "yes, you gave us a $25 credit" THEN it turned into we already used the credit the night before (that didn't exist in the first place). Just terrible terrible service. I can't say enough how terrible. They can't understand you over the phone, they are so impolite, the delivery is poorly executed, and the food is just not good enough to override all of that! Save...
