Burger King — Restaurant in West Chillisquaque Township

Definitely the only time I'll be going to this BK, unless mgmt contacts me after reading my survey response (mirroring this review)....

The person making the burgers DID NOT use the paper when putting together my family's order. I watched him stuck the completed burgers onto the wrappers, fold them up and send them down. I saw him do that with the orders after ours as well, so I didn't think anything of it until my wife said that the other person was using the wrappers to assemble them. Hopefully the working surface was clean......

I've never known a BK to serve a medium well whopper patty before, but that's what I got in the bacon king.. The burgers (both patties) were still pink throughout. They overloaded it with mayo, too.

The eating area was clean. Trash can areas had congealed soda spills around them.

Bathrooms (men's at least) was disgusting. There was stuff on the seat and at the front of the top of the bowl; enough so that my 8 year old said he'd hold it until...

I get it’s Christmas Eve and everyone wants to be home with their family. We went through the drive through. Turned around because we had a question about our food. The lady at the window attempted to answer but then said “we already cleaned up the fryers because it’s time to close. we will not make you anymore food.” then we proceeded to ask for the manager and the lady at the window said “she’s the one who told me that.” We then again asked to speak with the manager. We never did talk to the manager and the lady at the window then shut the window and refused to open it again while laughing with someone else inside while looking at us. by far the best burger king i have been to in my life! sandy was the register lady who took my order and i asked her her thoughts about the new swiss and cheese sandwich. the manager (ryan) came up and gave me a sample of the sauce for the swiss and the stacker sauce (that goes on the other LTO sandwich). typically fast food chains don’t do that, which showed me service here goes beyond that. everyone behind that counter was also very pleasant and nice! food came out hot and fresh and customer service was on point. fast food places need to hire more people like Sandy & Ryan and the rest of the kitchen workers today(i’m sorry i didn’t get everyone’s name)!
