Casey's — Restaurant in West Creek Township

Last night Halloween night my husband and I who are regulars there placed a somewhat large order, Not knowing it was in the middle of a rush, but the two ladies in the kitchen handled it very well I believe their names were Ashley and Stacia. They were very professional and right on track. Stacia the kitchen manager was very friendly and very respectful, we like her a lot more than the previous kitchen manager. I got my pizzas 10 minutes Before they were even scheduled to be picked up, And I happen to show up with a lot of other people who were also trying to get their orders, and everybody in front of me order was also ready as well . I stopped at this Casey’s recently and was very disappointed with the store manager’s behavior. Instead of focusing on customers or the store, she was openly talking negatively about another manager in front of everyone. It was uncomfortable to hear and extremely unprofessional.

As a customer, I don’t expect to walk into a store and be caught in the middle of workplace gossip. It made the atmosphere feel hostile and unwelcoming, and it reflected very poorly on the store. Casey’s is usually known for being a friendly and professional place, but this experience was the opposite.

I hope corporate addresses this kind of behavior, because it leaves a lasting negative impression and takes away from the reputation Casey’s has...

I love this Casey’s, the employees are so nice and I enjoy the pizza from here! But above that I was sooo pleased with a pizza Montana made us last weekend!

I usually have a simple special request when I order and she really did an amazing job for us! 🍕The pizza was just so perfect, I would have taken a picture but well the pizza didn’t end up with me! But nonetheless I have been dreaming about the pizza she made since I only had one piece that day! 🤣🤣 Montana made that pizza so pretty, evenly spaced toppings 🫑 perfectly toasted cheese 🧀 and crust, exact right amount of sauce 🥫 it was just the best pizza ever! So thank you Montana and I will be ordering more of course!...
