Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in West Deer Township

It saddens me to give fox's a 3...i used2really enjoy their hand tossed pizza and it seems2have gone downhill...it doesn't even seem like unz have handtossed cuz there is no option in the ordering and even when i called2say it just to make sure i got it i been ending up still w. Frozen pizza crust or else it just tastes terrible now...also the meatball hoagies...WHAT ARE YOU GUYS THINKING!!!a meatball hoagie not a meatslice hoagie! Unz r using only2tiny meatballs for a whole half a hoagie which deserves 5meatballs! Your online pictures show whole meatballs...i get my hoagie and i see bread on bread...no balls2be found and i opened it and unz had sliced 2tiny meatballs and made1 3mm layer on the roll...that's barely anything and ik meatballs arnt expensive...unz really r great loading pizzas w.toppings but when u make hoagies unz NEVER use enough meat this also includes ur steak,taco,and buffalo chicken hoagies NEVER enough meat. You guys really need2start thinking about the quality of what u give the customers because paying 7.00for a hoagie and getting 2.50worth of product is y ur rating is the worst out of all other pizza places in Russellton...it actually saddened me cuz a few yrs ago unz were my go2...i hope unz can start...

Edit: For what it's worth - the order did eventually arrive. Driver was nice and courteous. Food was good and made correctly.

I'm currently waiting for an order of a single pizza from this store. Estimate was 40 minutes for one pie. No attempt has been made to contact me if address is correct or if they were experiencing delays.

Normally I'm not the type to complain like this, since I understand places can be busy and things happen - and had it been a large order, I would be completely understanding, but charging a $3 delivery fee and then waiting over an hour for such a small order is a little ridiculous. Likely my last order from this...

Actually pretty impressed. Nest to the AIrPort (not annoyingly close) but easily accessed with parking, and the staff are straightforward, almost like hanging out with the guys and girls preparing your meal. They are totally consistent in the cooking of the pies, and the crust is nearly perfect. HOWEVER, their BAKED SUBS especially the Italian are fantastic. Better than any other Fox's I've ever eaten at. They are very nice, they'll make anything right, and you feel at home. Also fast, hot, and server service, not too often, but not to infrequently.
