Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Deptford Township

I frequently go to this Dunkin donuts so my opinion is from years of using them. The only reason I still use this one is because it is the closest to home. The customer service is rather poor at this location. Very frequently do they mess up orders. I normally use the mobile app when ordering and there have been times when they completely forget that they still had my order to fulfill. I've sat wait 10-15 minutes before they notice me and ask what is wrong and show them my electronic receipt and realize that they forgot my order. They also mess orders up a lot, order a sandwich and they forget the egg or meat or use a completely wrong bread for the sandwich. They frequently burn their coffee making it disgusting to drink, and anything else they can drink. I would suggest people never get a donut during a busy summer day as they do not care that flies are eating and laying eggs on top of the donuts. Super disappointed, as every aspect of my order was completed incorrectly. Went into the store hoping to order munchkins and an iced coffee. I saw only one kind of munchkin, so opted for two doughnuts instead. The cashier did not know what the filling was in one of them, and was very rude and asked if I wanted the one she had her hands all over. My iced coffee, which I made sure to repeat explicitly more than one time, was made with 'extra' instread of 'light'. The icing on the cake, so to speak, was when I asked to purchase a gift card, and the cashier added the value to my DD mobile account without asking me. Should I give my cell phone to the birthday boy and tell him to hold onto it until he uses the $20 value? 3 simple things all done incorrectly, for a place that specializes in those 3 simple things.... Dunkin Donuts is a great place to eat. Very good service and nice food. I am a big fan of the glazed donuts. Though today I wasn’t as satisfied. I ordered some breakfast raps, a bagel, and three donuts. When I was done the cashier didn’t give me the donuts. So I thought I would get it later when the hot food was ready. Well it didn’t and I had to go back to the counter to get them. Also the bagel I order was plain, toasted and nothing on it, no butter or cream cheese or anything else.
