We LOVE this place! The dining area is comfortable and the staff is fantastic. Kevin, the owner and head chef, is a great guy. Heโs friendly, kind, funny, and his food is amazing. Kevin puts his heart into his food - he really wants every customer to enjoy their meal to the fullest. Everyone who works at the counter is friendly and prompt. They get busy with phones and orders, but they always take care of every customer. Weโve had pizza and pasta, and we have never been disappointed! The portions are generous, so you should never leave hungry! Also, leftovers warm up well, so if you canโt eat everything, take it with you! They know us well, and Kevin could start our pizza while we are still in the car, lol. If you havenโt checked it out yet, GO!! (Just FYI ~ they have the cleanest restroom Iโve ever been in). The staff is very friendly and often greets me by name when I walk in even though they only know me as a customer, i.e., I don't have any pre-existing relationship with any of them personally. But of course we go to a restaurant for the food mainly. Absolutely everything we've ever ordered has been fantastic, typically pizza, but other items occasionally as well. The crust is soft and chewy, the sauce a perfect balance of sweet and acidic big tomato flavor, and the perfect amount of cheese. Yeah, I've had better pizza....at a Michelin star rated place in Brooklyn. But Bellia's is the best outside of New York. ( how old IS this location??? ) Service people OUTstanding!!! Sauce not exciting but not too acidic either...medium. Dough...why is a simple dough so tough to make NOT like an Italian bread dough? Sandwiches were flavorful and pretty well balanced but....does anyone actually put the ingredients all the way to the ends of the roll/bread? Hate moving the ingredients to cover the bread on both ends before eating but...needed to here. Love the folks, maybe the owner evolves/tweeks the recipes? It's a "two" location so, imagining once multiple locations start the owners are beyond (or self assured enough) improving the recipes but I'm hopeful, for the staff's...
