I work nearby so it's convenient to pop over and run through the drive-through. But it takes them so long to process an order that I'm going to start driving the extra 8-10 minutes one way to a neighboring Subway. It's not a 1-time thing with this location - I've been there over a dozen times (I work 1.5 minutes away). It's agonizing to sit in their drive-through line. 1 car in front of you and it will literally take them 15 minutes to get to your order. And another 5-10 minutes to get to the window and get your food. God help you if there's more than 1 car in the line in front of you...they may never get to your order. The people that work there seem nice enough (if relatively clueless). It's the management and the way they have been told (or not told) to take orders and organize their work. I've seen more cars pull out of the drive-thru line of that Subway and just leave or park and walk-in than I've ever seen at all other restaurant drive-thrus in my entire life. I figured I must be confused, but sure enough on the app it said sandwich was ready and had been picked up. No one was there. Called the following Monday and was told a manager (Bev) would get back to me and no one has. I’ve tried calling daily since I don’t live in Fargo and no one will pick up. Have emailed subway customer service 3x and no one gets back to me. I just want my money back and this headache over. Read moreVery poor service tonight. I went through the drive through tonight and ordered four sandwiches on the touch screen. When I pulled up to the window, they tried giving me only one sandwich. I then waited about 15 more minutes for her to make the rest of my food. Meanwhile, there were two 13 year old boys(who were clearly not employees) wandering around behind the counter. When I got home, every sandwich was wrong. There was no sauce on any of the sandwiches. A couple were missing lettuce and tomatoes, one was the wrong size, and was not toasted like requested.
