Arctic Circle — Restaurant in West Jordan

Haven’t been here I nearly a year because the experience was so bad!!! Decided to give them another shot. After paying for my order I’m asked to pull ahead. No problem, standard practice at most drive up windows anymore. After a 20 minute wait and watching them literally clear out the whole drive up line, my order is brought out. Is it too much to ask for a “Sorry about the wait” ??? Get home and I’m missing items. Go back and I’m told “Pull to the window and we’ll sort this out” . Now I’m waiting behind a car. Is it too much to ask THAT person to pull forward so you can give me my missing item??? Completely out of patience by now so I go in (super frustrated because if I wanted to go in I wouldn’t have gone to the drive up in the first place!) and I’m treated like I’m trying to get a free order of fries! By the time I’m able to eat my dinner it’s all cold and I’m so frustrated I’m not even hungry anymore!!! Going to call this the Arctic Circle diet. Just wish I would have saved my time and money!!! Lesson learned! No more second chances for this place! Food is mediocre at best and the customer service is nonexistent. There are plenty of other places who want my money that offer better food and MUCH better...

This Arctic Circle used to be my favorite but has gone down hill the past few years. I went there today and ordered a fudge brownie shake made with chocolate ice cream and a small fry. When I got to the window and got my shake I could tell that they had done the shake with twist ice cream and chocolate sauce. I know that happens sometimes so I asked the employee to double check if the shake was made with chocolate ice cream. He wouldn’t, he just told me it was without asking the employee who made my shake. I then tasted it and it tasted liked vanilla not chocolate so I knew he was lying. Then he handed me my fries and I asked him for fry sauce. He sassed me and told me there was some already in the bag. Completely rude and inconsiderate. I’ve had other experiences similar to this. I’m sad because Arctic Circle used to be my comfort food spot....

I worked here. Different perspective on things huh? I'll tell you, the food tastes amazing but isn't always the freshest. The ice cream is better than you think. And while the prices are higher than other fast food, I would say its worth it. Avoid the taco meat at all costs, its been there for a few days. Fries might be a little cold, keep your expectations low on those. Big point of advice! - If you are going to get an ice cream cone, donate a dollar to arctic cares instead, this gets you a card for a free ice cream cone, and you end up saving 40 cents on the thing! Plus it goes to charity then. Who doesnt like to get ice...
