I was not impressed. The food was ok but certainly over priced for what you got. The service was terrible. When we first got there, I waited for someone to acknowledge me for five minutes before I finally started to just walk away at which point, they asked what I wanted. And there were several people in there just standing around talking. Then after spending over $80 😳😳😳 for our food, they forgot to give us our drinks, there were no napkins, fries portions were small, forgot to give us our sour cream, no napkins available- had to ask. Fries were mushy and not salty enough. And every time you needed some thing you had to go wait in line AGAiN and desperately hope for someone to acknowledge you. I spent the majority of our time there in line. The ice cream was good but I can get good ice cream at lots of places. And certainly get treated better... Especially when I'm spending that much money... You would think I would get better service. We will...

Ordered an Oreo flurry recieved a cup of vanilla ice cream with some Oreo crumbs for toppings. Ordered a Reese’s pieces flurry recieved another cup of vanilla ice cream with some reeces bits for a topper. Ordered a hot fudge sundae received a cup of vanilla ice cream with a dab of hot fudge on top. Ordered a double cheeseburger recieved a double cheeseburger with only cheese, burger and a bun no condiments. Was told condiments cost extra and I’d have to pay for a new sandwich. Got 2 hot dogs no condiments. Stood in line for 15-20 minutes waiting to order food, spent $31.00 and the only thing that wasn’t a rip off was the fries. Save your money and sanity. This place use to be a decent place to order food. Now it’s just a top notch example of over charging and undelivering on the customers expense. Seems to be the motto of businesses these...

Girl with long, dark hair and glasses is quite rude and definitely acts like she doesn't care/want to be there. We asked about making the "specialty" ice creams into a shake and she needed to ask a coworker, which is totally fine, and told us we couldnt. Then asked about if they offered freezes or plushies. "We don't do anything like that here", in a very rude, annoyed tone. Fine, that's fine, we can get something else. We ordered and they made our order. I DID NOT SEE ANYONE HAND WASHING OR WEARING GLOVES!! They then put the UNWRAPPED straw into our drinks!!
