BROOKLYN PIZZA GRILL AND PASTA # 2 — Restaurant in West Lampeter Township

I used to really love this place but now I'm not so sure...their prices are very high...and don't match the menu at all. I was told they did a recent price increase and was shown a sign on the door...which said prices went up in JANUARY...its now September..so the menus have been wrong since January? Not cool...I ordered a pizza, wings, chef salad and a cheesesteak. Had to pay an extra fee because I used a MasterCard which I don't think is right. I'm sure most people pay with cards nowadays...so they're just making extra money. If you just raised their prices, then that should offset the cost of paying with card...I understand the merchant fees, but that's a cost of doing business...salad was very good...my wings...different story. I asked for them crispy and well done...nope...not even close! I have to cook them longer here at home...good thing I have a deep fryer! the prices bug me...there was an over $10 discrepancy as to what the menu said...and what I paid. I think I will stay away from from going back...they should honor the prices, and don't change until the menus are updated...Over $52 for 4...

We have always ordered pizza from this particular branch everytime were in town because the food is so good and it's right down the street from out B&B. Last weekend, my husband and I were coming back from the hot air balloon festival and ordered from them online. Our order was placed at 8 42 p.m. and we arrived to pick up our pizza at 8 58 p.m. We were in the parking lot and saw the employee shut the lights off and directly after that, I received a text back saying my order had been canceled. When I called and spoke with the manager the next day to inquire why our order was canceled, she said it's because they closed at 9 and that we should have came into the restaurant and directly ordered from them, instead of ordering online. If a particular place of business is only open until 9 p.m. and they want out of there right at 9, they should post certain times they will be closing there kitchen. Thankfully we were able to get our money back but I was totally disappointed in this particular...

Ordered through uber eats, food came relatively warm the temperature wasn’t the issue. It was the god awful pizza. I have always been puzzled whenever someone around me made the comment “man this pizza tastes like cardboard” I always thought to myself “wow how can a slice of pizza possibly taste like cardboard, I mean come on now it couldn’t possible be THAT bad, at the end of the day it’s pizza right.” Well today is the day that I’ve officially been humbled regarding that statement. I mean this pizza had the texture, and taste of actual cardboard. I mean spot on. Flavorless, rubbery, sandpaper like pizza. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know if it’s placebo since it tasted so bad but my stomach also isn’t feeling so nice after the slice I had. Yup slice. One singular slice. I threw the rest of the two large pies I ordered straight in the garbage. I will never touch this place again not even with a ten foot pole. Absolutely atrocious....
