Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Liberty

READ THIS! My Mom who lives in Wheeling, WV, told me there is NO Domino's that deliver to her home. A few weeks ago, I had a few extra garlic parmesan bread twists from my Domino's order & gave her a few to try. She LOVED THEM! Sadly, she needs surgery & CAN NOT drive till she gets it, 30+ days away. So I figured I'd go on a secret mission. Trying to find the closest Domino's to her address, I found 4 of them. I called EACH store individually to see who delivers to her area. Plus, you need to understand I AM NOT familiar with Wheeling's surrounding street names, so it got kinda chaotic. I'm trying to surprise my Mom, in Wv, while I'm in Pa, with an order to mix up her daily menu. She CAN'T drive to the store to get groceries, house supplies, & etc, now you see my point here. Anyways, the first 2 Wheeling stores I called WERE NOT very helpful NOR seemed too eager to get me any info. I kept going down the line... Then I called the "Route 88 & North Fork, West Liberty, WV" location... The night manager, I think she said her name was Nicole, but... she was a BIG HELP. She also wasn't familiar with the streets so she asked her driver for help. Then asked for the order & said let's put the order in & see if computer takes it... And WOW it went thru. She WENT OVER & ABOVE what she had to do to get a whopping $15 order, lol. The end result? My Mom got her bread twists & loved'em! AND THE BEST/FUNNY part? She's lived in WV for say 10 years now.. and NEVER ordered pizza bc she thought they didn't deliver to her area. I requested menus, so she can FINALLY get pizza delivered to her house. P. S. Driver told her that they DO deliver there all the time. Ha! Ha!...

The store manager hurries up and deletes the orders off of the order screen to trick the system so he looks good on paper. Then he pulls the order back up so he can make the food. By doing this the tracking tells the customers the order is ready for pick up or say thank you for picking up the order. When you get to the store your food is either still being made or was just put in the oven. I feel like I'm being lied to. I just love waisting my time. Then Mike the store manager cheats customers on toppings. He trains other employees to put less cheese on the pizza. I never get the correct amount of toppings when Mike the store manager makes my pizzas. If the manager Stephanie makes your pizza's then they are awesome. Correct amount of cheese and toppings. I expect to get what I pay for. But at dominos in West liberty West Virginia you get ripped off and cheated if Mike makes your food. Mike always has a bad attitude and is never friendly and always make customers stand and wait without saying a word to them. Mike is off on Mondays and Tuesdays so if you want what you pay for and your food to be done on time then i would order only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Unless you like...

Customer service is awful, you walk in and they ask the name on the order and walk away, don’t tell you anything else. You don’t know if it’s done, what you’re waiting on or how long, I had to ask twice for an update on my food. If you expect your food to be done when the tracker is done, think again. If the tracker says it’s done, wait a good 45 minutes then leave, if you really want to make sure it’s done tack on another 20 just to be safe. I don’t know whether to cry or explode from anger when I get my food. I got my food, it was incorrect, manager Mike threw it away. Proceeded to work for a minute, go back to the trash can, reach inside bare handed and then proceeeded to make pizza without washing hands, will never eat there again...
