I have been a huge fan of these guys for years. Today, the owner was short with us and rude. For no reason whatsoever I may add.. We kept more than our 6ft distance to be sure to not crowd the counter. When someone orders a strawberry cheesecake flurry, the EXPECT to get cheesecake bites in the flurry, like it has always been. There was NONE. Not just nilla wafers. Not once were we told they were out of any ingredients or strawberrys (again, NONE). The ice cream selection (Turkey Hill) could be better, but the Deep Dark Chocolate was actually pretty good. Prices are in line with other shops, and the shaved ice menu is very large and full of variety.

There is a nice vinyl swing set out back for the children, and plenty of outdoor seating. The owner definitely tries to make it family friendly and pleasant outside. It’s a shame nobody can enjoy the decorations inside but it is what it is.

I have never had anything from this place and I never will after the service me and my sister have received. We work for grub hub and keep in mind making his business money also. This older man(come to find out is the owner) has absolute horrible customer service skills. He is definitely in the wrong line of business and is a complete ** for how he talks to you.
