I think Britton has established itself as a third space in the community. You come here, not for the drinks or food, but for the space. The space itself is cute, trendy, and comfortable. The atmosphere is friendly and slightly chaotic. Definitely not the kind of quiet place to sip coffee and work. Itās more about bringing your kids here to run around while you sip coffee with your friends. (Not an exaggeration. I have literally witnessed kids playing ball.) I think that kind of space is totally needed, and itās great that they welcome kids; just be aware, if youāre looking for a quiet, coffee shop vibe, this is not it. As Iāve mentioned in my past reviews, the coffee is not good and always tastes watered down. I think the old baristas in the horse trailer made good drinks and cared about coffee, but I donāt really sense anyone is passionate about that now. The drinks are on par with any fast food espresso drink. (Starbucks being a step above this.) My personal preference is an iced lavender latte, which is a solid and has been a staple here from the beginning. Definitely steer clear of any of the hot coffee drinks or anything unflavored as it just tastes watered down. With the exception of the donuts and sandwiches, all the food is pre-packaged or made by other local businesses. Iām personally not a fan of their donuts, but I know others are. Every time Iāve tried them, theyāve been too oily/greasy for my liking. My favorite food items are the granola bars and muffins, which are from Ikigai. Overall, I was more of a fan when they first started out, as I felt like there were people working here who cared about bringing unique food and drink offerings to Hanover. Now, I think theyāve transitioned and found their place as a family space in Hanover⦠and I get it. I think Britton is the 2020s version of the McDonalds PlayPlace, appealing to millennial moms who love Joanna Gainesā style. Youāre not coming here for the good food and drinks, youāre coming here so your kids can have fun while you take a few moments to be an adult. Itās not for me, but I know there are plenty in the community who appreciate itās here! As always, Iāll continue to visit and update my reviews. Iām looking forward to trying their new location in...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe staff is so welcoming and eager to make everything right :) The coffee is consistently good!! They have an extensive menu, with specials of drinks and food constantly changing. The breakfast bagel sandwiches on weekends are made quick and are pretty well priced!! The inside is so nice, there's a variety of seating areas and even a couch. There's outlets if you need to charge anything, a fireplace to warm up, and even more private seating in the back area. We have not been through the drive thru yet, as we have mainly come to sit for a while and work, but many people did go through when we were there, and their service was quick and with the same thoughtfulness and kindness we received as inside customers. They have markers and coffee sleeves set out so people can decorate sleeves that they'll use for customers which was cool and was something fun to do. They also have a piano and mic, a tv, and a few other entertainment things. They also have cookies!! They are well-priced and were also good! This place is a good place to sit and study, work, or just talk with friends. Their hours are very broad and the inside is open quite longer than other coffee...
