If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed 2 separate orders. Stephen, who worked the window, was bland and rude cutting my questions off before I could get them out. He also misquoted the price, which made me request a refund. Then the fun begins. The manager comes to the window and has the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.
He tells me that the price was right and I proceed to tell him that it wasn't the price from the menu nor was it what Stephen told me. He was loud and aggressive and because of it I asked for a refund for my second order as well. He questioned me as to why I wanted a refund for the second order since "nothing" was wrong with it. I just replied and said that I'd just like my money back because your attitude was terrible. His response was "wow". I said "wow?" His response was "yes wow!"
This behavior should never be tolerated! Seeing how the manager was extremely rude, I'm not surprised that Stephen waa rude too. Will never get another red...

Ordered chicken strips with country gravy, took the bag from the man in the drive thru and the bag was wet. I stuck my hand in the bag to pull the box of chicken strips out and the outside of the box was soaked with gravy and the empty container still had the lid on. We drove back through the drive thru and the same person at the window was extremely rude and argumentative, saying we spilled it and knocked the bag over ourselves, over and over that we were responsible for the mess. We hadn’t even left the parking lot and I took the bag from my husband exactly as it had been handed to him. Why would anyone trash their food as soon as they got it? Read moreMy grands spent the weekend with me. So, the little on wanted some ice cream. So, I since I missed going to BR, I decided to go to Dairy Queen. Why did I do that?
First of all, I waited about 10 minutes at the order speaker before my order was taken. I asked for a large Sundae and a medium ice-cream, as well as an oreo blizzard. Blizzard was Kool, but the ice creams sucked. My large Sundae was a medium and the medium ice-cream was small.
I didn't have enough hot fudge. Also, the sundae did not have any extra toppings. I asked for some additional hot fudge. But get this, they wanted me to pay a dollar for the fudge. I asked them, Why? 🤨 They gave it to me for free.
I preached to my grands (13 & 19) about the importance of excellence in customer service. I told them what poor customer service means... Dairy...
