Bishop's Pizza Vii — Restaurant in West Mifflin

A really solid pizza joint in the local space with a good number of options, though I've time and time again heard that the pizza is the real treat. After having had it, I can certainly see why!

They do a big, cheesy, and greasy pizza. Though, if that's your fare, they do it up brilliantly. For my mother, that's the best kind of pizza, and I tend not to mind. So, it was definitely a welcome experience. It places a much closer stop than Monongahela for her personal choice of pizza.

It's one of those rare places where I think their cheese pizza might be their best pick, unless you're a fan of a lot of veggies on your pizza, in which case onions, mushrooms, peppers, and the like might really sell you. The Greek pizza is also good, though that's more my mother's choice than mine.

We used to LOVE this pizza but it has gone downhill over the past year. Was touch and go for a while but now it is just bad every time. Dough undercooked, sauce inconsistent toppings are all in the middle leaving 3” of crust. Ordered pizza today as AC broke and we didn’t want to cook and heat up the house. Of course it’s under cooked, olives smell rank. What a waste of 45 dollars. Called to ask why so different and it was just excuses. So, anyone have a good pizza place in the Jefferson Hillls area? Ordered take out from this Bishops and walked in and no employees or customers were wearing masks. What??? Don’t you care about your customers? Then I started to imagine all the other unsanitary things they just do.... I’m not sticking around or coming back to find out.

Also I have found hair (definitely not my own as it was dark brown and I am blonde) in the cheese in my pizza. EW EW EW
