Pizza Bistro — Restaurant in West Mifflin

I ordered a steak salad no cucumber because I'm allergic and what is on my salad cucumber. Called 45 mins to send me over another salad. It was like the lady wanted me to say never mind yup done ordering from them for a while. When the new salad was brought I was asked for the old one. I told the diver who was rude by the way. I have the other one to my husband. I told him we'll the lady who answered the phone didn't tell me that. Well that's our policy ok we'll tell the woman that answered the phone that. I have never been talked to like that. I told him so you want me to eat something that I'm allergic too. I told them no cucumbers . Not my fault they can't listen to simple instructions. The driver also said your getting upset and over a salad. Yeah cause it took 45 minutes to get the first one then I had to wait another 45 just to get another. Just moved to the area and was looking for a decent place to eat. Ordered online got my food in 40 or so minutes which was fine. Problem I had was when the delivery driver told me total and I asked him if he had change for a $50 he told me no. Being that was all I had I was forced to give him an unreasonably large tip because he said this place doesn't allow him to have change like that on him. Very disappointed since that was all the money I had. Food was bland, and customer service was lacking. Didn't realize I the customer had to accommodate the needs of the restaurant versus the other way around. Cause last time I checked it was customer satisfaction. I will never shop here again unless I want fresh, burnt, greasy fries! Guaranteed greasy every time. The fries are matched with the dark light setting and unfriending faces that barely say "hello". You are guaranteed the scare if your life. I give it one star for being what it says a pizza place. Call it the Dark Pizza Bistro that comes with everything burnt. When asked why so dark and greasy, I got this response,"It's because we had not changed the grease!". (hahahaha lmao) Is this place serious or what.
