Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in West Milton

Called tonight to order two Stromboli and one pizza at 6:35pm. We were told it would be delivered in 35 mins. We called at 8:24pm to ask about our order and after confirming the order, name, and address we were told it was on its way. At 8:55pm we called one last time because they were closing in the next 30 mins. They admitted they entered the order for carry out on accident even though they verified all of the information to include our delivery address the second time we called. Bottom line: they lied to us. They told us it “was on the way” after confirming all our information. But when we called the final time, they realized they took the order wrong there wasn’t an apology or any offer to remedy the issue. We try very hard to choose local businesses to support. Unfortunately, this won’t be a place we can order from again.

One month later and I decided to give it another go. I must be a glutton for punishment because I just don’t learn lessons. Ordered the pizza and waited over two hours for it to be delivered. No call, no updates. I had to call and ask about my order. I was told there were several orders ahead of mine. It would have been better if I got a call saying there was a delay or an offer to cancel the order. Nothing. When I finally got it, it was smashed all to heck in the box. If I could give you no stars I would. You're service is the worst by far. Yes you're good is decent. But here in West Milton people are limited of what can be delivered. First you folks aren't open when you advertise secondly delivery always runs hour to hour n half. But even when you finally catch you folks open and are willing to wait that extremely long wait for delivery, I'm told you're only delivering "in town" so I ask like how can you offer it to some residents in Milton but not all. So I assume the people that live within walking distance those are the one u will deliver to but not us out here in country in West Milton. So it's fair to say shorter trips more delivery tips for you're staff verse taking the time to deliver out in country. Honestly sell the restaurant so a real restaurant owner can buy it so people can finally be pleased bc apparently you don't like toake money and refuse to hire responsible help. Ordered the other night. Haven't had them in a few years. Pizza was good. The 5 piece boneless wings were ok? They were lacking a little. They definitely need to change their sauce supplier. The mild was not that great for the wings. The wings were ok but for sure a difference from anywhere else. More of a breading taste. Maybe cooking them a little more would have changed the texture. Just wasn't into the sauce for the wings. Change that out and go from there. Breadsticks were good. The bread sticks and boneless wings are about on price with other places.
