Just Mom's — Restaurant in West Nantmeal Township

First off, I'd like to say that the cashier was wonderful! He was extremely pleasant, friendly, and all-around great to interact with. I also love the atmosphere of Just Moms. My issue is with the food, mainly the pizza that I just had over the weekend. (I've been here before and enjoyed all my food, including the pizza). However, the pizza I was served this weekend looked like it was a frozen pizza that was heated up, VERY poorly. The cheese was NOT melted AT ALL. But the crust was somehow crispy cardboard. Literally, the worst pizza I have ever had. The cheese looked like it was thrown on at the last minute. Felt and looked like I was eating straight mozzarella from my fridge (which I do occasionally, but not what I want for a pizza...). I don't know if this is how the pizzas always are here now or if it was a one-off from the new owners... I'm really hoping for the latter. I will also say they did get my pizza order wrong (ordered over the phone), I had asked for a mushroom and olive and had instead got pepperoni and olive (not a huge deal to me, I'm not a vegetarian, but would suck if I was). Mistakes happen, which I’m hoping is what happened with the cheese on the pizza…. However, I wish I had checked the pizza before I left the lot with it, as I would gone back in and asked the question, “Is the cheese supposed to look uncooked?” I probably would not have left with the pizza had I check it before I left. I will say that the steak fries and cheese sauce that I also ordered were just as delicious as before! The pizza was just sooo awful that I couldn't rate the food any more...

First let me say I loved Just Moms (Before). Now yeah right I’d rather go to McDonald’s. First going into Just Moms I noticed lots of Amish people not even thinking Amish people owned it. Thinking the normal owners are still there they just had a large party or something like that. Then come to find out yes Amish people bought it a month ago. In my head kind of thinking Amish people cooking Italian food not trying to judge just going with it? So I went with it ordered our food. My partner got his sandwich and fries (subpar) and my “chicken parm sandwich” didn’t come out so I asked the counter if it was ordered they answered no.. Me thinking okay keep your cool this happens. The “chicken parm sandwich” comes out quickly to find FROZEN CHICKEN FINGERS IN IT SOME NASTY RED SAUCE AND SOME CHEESE & BASIL THROWN ON TOP! Not a hand breaded chicken cutlet like an Italian place would make a FROZEN CHICKEN FINGER… So I ate half the sandwich and just stopped. Couldn’t do it. I really don’t like complaining about food or sending it back. I ask the counter is this frozen chicken fingers? Counter replies no they are fresh made everyday… Me in my head again looking at this chicken… looks exactly like a frozen chicken finger you get in a Tyson bag wish I would have taken a picture… I ask again are you positive? Counter answer back yes (deer in head lights)… JUST MOM’s PLEASE COME BACK A COOK SOME FRESH ITALIAN CUTLETS FOR THESE PEOPLE!!! To be totally honest I don’t think an Amish person should be making Italian food. Bake goods yes 👍🏼. Good luck guys your in the totally...

I've been coming here for ice cream for at least 20 years, and I am now 26 years old. In recent years the quality of all their ice cream treats have declined. Yesterday was my birthday, I ordered a brownie sundae, with extra rainbow sprinkles, I Even made a point to tell the girl making my ice cream that it was my birthday and that I would like extra rainbow jimmies. I understand that the staff is mainly younger school-aged kids but that doesn't mean that they shouldn't be able to listen to an order and make the order exactly how the customer ordered it. My boyfriend ordered a large twister with Reese's cups and chocolate chip cookie dough and paid extra for the extra candy and didn't get any. we spent almost $18 on two things of ice cream and were very dissatisfied. it would have been cheaper to just go to Dairy Queen., but just moms ice cream is normally 10 times better so that's why we usually decide to spend a little bit more but last night was very disappointing. we always love to go to just moms ice cream because it is normally the best around we hope that maybe they can retrain their staff to care a little bit more about what they're making and having their customers leave...
