This McDonald's has fairly standard McD food which is of course what you would expect. The problem isn't with all those wonderfully fat filled calorie laden snacks it's with the service. Many times I will jump in the truck at 1 AM and run over to the drive thru only to be told the drive thru is closed....closed? It says 24 hours....or they are on system shutdown....basically if you want to get any food you will need to arrive e between 9 to 5 when there are actual managers to tell them "hey this is a business maybe we should act like it" my favorite one is when one of the employees was hanging out the window at 2AM talking with his friend for 25 minutes. The guy behind me finally lost it and pulled up next to the truck and they yelled at him for cutting the line! One of the many many many (yes I meant 3 manys) stories of woefully ignorant service at the....I hesitate to call it a mcdonalds...maybe just a Donald's that hasn't earned the Mc part yet because it's still growing up. Read moreDon't expect your mobile order to be ready when you arrive. I ordered my breakfast ordered at 10:20. I arrived at 10:42 and noticed they already had their lunch menu up even though their mobile app says breakfast goes until 10:45. They told me they couldn't find my order and to pull to the window. Upon reviewing they said they couldn't make my order because they are now serving lunch. I told them I ordered at 10:20 but they said they don't get the order until we give them the order number. They told me there is nothing they could do and I would get a refund. They didn't even offer to replace my order with a lunch order. I am 9 months pregnant and was starving. I just drove away with no food and now have to wait until my money is reimbursed. Usually when you order on mobile apps they have your order ready when you pull up to the window. Read moreThe worst customer service in town. Managers are rude and do not care - which flows down to the employees. Everyone seems so bothered to work there - so quit. Tired that the food is cold, they forget items and then their attitude just makes it worse. They act as if the customer did something wrong- when they are the ones that mess up. An area director needs to take a look at this place. Andrews is dang good at letting places with poor customer service to just die out. Keep treating us this way- the majority of us already stopped going back. Also.... I was told by management that if I wrote a 5-star review that I would receive a discount and a card for free food next time. I took the discount and got the gift card - but I decided to be honest on my review instead. Makes me wonder how many 5 stars were given by friends of management like they tried to...
