Lucano's Pasta — Restaurant in West Point

Great place! Read some bad reviews, but my daughter said was good so I went. First time was amazing! Super friendly staff. You get a lot for your money and it's all fresh. The seafood, lasagna, ravioli, garlic bread, spaghetti, drinks, and calamari were great! I went back a second time because of reviews and for date night dinner. I thought maybe I got lucky... nope! It's really good. Best italian food in town. Not sure about these bad reviews. They must have mixed up their restaurants. Oh and Shako is a great waitress. I told her I usually drink a lot of Arnold palmer and asked if she could bring two cups to start and she brought me a pitcher! I finish it too. Dont let this place slip into your rearview. Stop in and taste...

Good lunch for two I had a calzone which was good and priced accordingly. My other half ordered capellini with broccoli the noddles came super al dente so it went back to the kitchen. The waitress offered a fettuccine alfredo because it was much faster to cook sounded good to us the fettuccine Alfredo came and was cooked correctly . For desert was the tiramisu was good and priced accordingly only issue with desert I could see was the prices where not on the menu all deserts are 3.99 FYI. Overall satisfaction was good I will add pictures of the menu and temperature's and lighting lvl's Via samsung s 5 sensors via sitting in the place for 30 min...

Was really hoping this was going to be better than it was.

Pros: Service was impeccable. The waitress did an amazing job and was super sweet. She was quick and respectful. Prices were also very reasonable.

Cons: The food left a lot to be desired. The baked ziti was acceptable, but the seafood pasta was overcooked and much of the seafood was rubbery. The shrimp scampi had pasta that was al dente (which is good!), yet the sauce tasted like straight butter and nothing else. The cannoli we ordered was covered with chocolate syrup and overpowered any other flavors.
