It's a small restaurant with only a few tables. Take out is very busy and brisk. The food is great. However, I made the mistake of ordering the "Crying Tiger." It was too spicy for me, even when "mild." My server pitied me and gave me extra napkins and several refills of water. When she saw that it was not enough, she gave me a slice of chocolate cake to cool my palate down. Now that's service! Update. I had to come back to try their other dishes. I made sure I made less spicy choices. Had the tofu triangles that had a thin crunchy exterior and soft interior, which I crave. It was the sweet, mildly spicy sauce with minced peanuts that made the dish. I also ordered their crispy, meaty duck, which was also sweet and mildly spicy. Perfect and filling.

Awesome place to eat! Very friendly staff and consistently good food. I get the Country Noodles and my girlfriend gets the Pad See Ew with tofu triangle appetizers. We've has the same thing a few times and haven't changed our order because these items are so good! The location is small with limited seating (never had a wait, however) and there's always delivery drivers coming in and going out so it seems like a really popular place to order out from.

Ordered Masaman curry, Green curry, Pad Thai, spring rolls and Tom Kha. All of the curry and Tom Kha were extremely watered down - no the thickness of coconut milk or even close. The Pad Thai was bland and the noodles were glued together. There was no peppers in the curry. Not great overall. Wasted my money, won’t be back.

From my experience, Thai Shallot is an excellent restaurant that truly goes above and beyond when it comes to both service and food quality. The service at Thai Shallot is fantastic - the owners and staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive dining experience for their customers. Their dedication to providing great service is truly admirable, and it's clear that they care deeply about their patrons.

But it's not just the service that makes Thai Shallot stand out - the food is absolutely delicious as well! The menu is filled with a wide variety of Thai dishes, all of which are expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Whether you're in the mood for something spicy, sweet, or savory, Thai Shallot has something to satisfy your taste buds.

In terms of ambiance, the restaurant has a cozy and welcoming feel to it that makes it the perfect spot for a relaxing meal with friends or family. The decor is tasteful and understated, allowing the food and service to truly shine.

All in all, I would highly recommend Thai Shallot to anyone in the West Springfield area looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience. The owners and staff are fantastic people, and their dedication to great service and food is truly...

Very unpleasant experience from the sever . As we were ordering food there’s no traditional Thai food in this restaurant, and we asked for few other stuff like papaya salad and some other Thai food and the sever got mad all of a sudden and kept yapping for no reason, she started saying this food is for American people not for Thai or other cultural people that’s why they don’t keep so much traditional thai food, and started making weird faces while talking. we felt so offended by the behavior and we just left without ordering food. We just felt like the server was discriminating us, very bad service . Never ever going there!!! And don’t...
